As Senior Vice President and Head of Creative & Production at Viacom Velocity, a full-service branded content studio, Beth runs a division of over 130 creative thinkers and makers. She manages both the creative and production teams which include creative directors, writers, editors and producers who are responsible for developing content across the entire Viacom portfolio including MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Vh1, CMT, TVLand, Paramount and AwesomenessTV. Beth and team architect creative programs that leverage the power of Viacom’s brands and footprint across platforms to connect partners to audiences and consumers, driving culture and conversation. The team leads in the conception and execution of a diverse range of creative capabilities, including multi-platform branded content campaigns, white label ad creative and commercial spots, branded programming series, original shorts, documentaries, promotional content for movie studios featuring A-list talent, IP integrations, experiential activations, and influencer marketing. As the industry continues to evolve, Beth and team are mining new ways to disrupt and innovate to connect brands to audiences across the entertainment landscape.

As an Executive Creative Director, Beth has led campaigns for some of the world’s biggest advertisers such as Pepsi, Disney, McDonalds, Hershey’s, Mars, Universal Pictures, and has received numerous industry recognitions including a Golden Trailer Award for innovation in Advertising as well as multiple Clio Awards, Promax Awards, Shorty Awards, Hollywood Reporter Key Art Awards and has been a nominee and finalist in the Webby Awards. She’s also received multiple Telly Awards, including ‘Best Digital Comedy Video’ and a Cynopsis Social Good Award for the best PSA which she directed in 2016. Her work has been featured in top industry trades including Adweek, Entertainment Weekly, Fast Company and Ad Age. In 2019, she was named to Cablefax’s list of the Most Powerful Women in Advertising.

The latest statistics show that only 17% of all Creative Director positions are held by women. Beth is an executive creative director whose scope over a large team and a vast portfolio of brands drives significant revenue for her organization. She is passionate about using her position and platform to drive equality and representation both within her organization and on screen.

In 2018, she served on the Host Committee for the Together1Heart Gala which provides direct support to survivors of human trafficking and provides counseling, medical care, education, vocational training and micro-loans to survivors - all of which empower young women to create lives of hope and freedom.

Beth is also a mom to three young children and a rescue puppy.
